BENETAS AGED CARE

APM Group delivered the new 3 storey, 80 bed commercial aged care facility for Benetas at their new Towerhill Road development in Frankston, Victoria. This project adds to APM’s extensive aged care construction experience which includes the delivery of nearly 600 beds across seven separate projects in the past seven years. The Towerhill development provides quality aged care services for residents within the Southern Bayside area and forms part of the expanding portfolio of facilities owned and run by Benetas (Anglican Aged Care Services).
