BLUECROSS MONTEREY AGED CARE

Alterations and additions to the existing Monterey Aged Care facility at 858 Pascoe Vale Road, Glenroy involved the extension of a two-storey residence with 43 beds and refurbishment works to existing spaces including entry, reception, lounge, café, kitchen, laundry and staff areas. Transport access was also be improved with new traffic entry and exits, landscaping works and new on-grade car parking. APM Group worked within an operational environment, managing the construction and logistics to minimise disruptions to the existing residents.
