HERITAGE AGED CARE

The project scope included the construction of a new, high-quality 148 bed facility over two levels of accommodation on an unencumbered greenfield site. Other works within the scope included 51 on-grade car parks, a cinema, café, chapel, multi-purpose rooms, commercial kitchens, laundries and medical rooms. After working closely and negotiating with key stakeholders, APM delivered a finished facility adapting to the constraints of the site and suitable for needs of all stakeholders.
