APM Group was selected following a competitive tender to construct the new aged care facility for Japara Aged Care in Rye consisting of:
- A new two-storey building with courtyard
- 99 new standard, deluxe and premium bedrooms
- 23 undercover car parking spaces
- External landscaping works including a reflection pool
- Commercial kitchen and laundry facilities
- Recreational facilities for residents and their families including a theatre, chapel, cafes, private dining areas and lounges.
