OPAL MEADOWGLEN AGED CARE

The project involved the alterations and extension to the existing aged care facility located in Epping including: 68 start-of-the-art beds, an on-grade car park and external landscaping works. Critical to the success of the project was the management of the occupied environment to remain operational throughout construction with minimal disruption to existing residents, especially in the transition areas into the operating facility, management of program and staged construction and commissioning.
