APM Group was awarded the construction of the staged development for Southern Cross Care (Vic) aged care facility in Dandenong, Victoria.
The works were undertaken in two separate stages:
Stage One involved the demolition of the independent living units, minor works to the Cardinal Knox Village building and the construction of Building 1 which involved associated services such as landscaping, civil works and connection of utilities.
Stage Two included the demolition of the Cardinal Knox Village Aged Care building (an existing building which housed 52 people) and all other structures on the site. The construction of Building 2 (housing 120 people) and an access road from Power Street.
