CAUSEWAY HOTEL

The Causeway Hotel in Melbourne's CBD is undergoing a major renovation to the existing structure.

APM Group have been engaged to carry out a novated design and construct contract including an extension and refurbishment of the existing hotel while maintaining the current heritage facade. The scope of works includes a partial demolition and full refurbishment and fit-out of 84 hotel rooms, gym and ground floor facilities including bar, kitchen, lobby and office plus a 3-storey extension above the existing hotel.
