HARBOUR TOWN RETAIL REVITALISATION

APM Group was selected for demolition works and the construction of new canopies to enhance the retail experience and associated works at the Harbour Town Retail Centre. Working closely with the client in an open book process, APM was able to develop the scope to include new forecourts and patron seating areas, while providing value management savings in the design and scope to suit the budget of the client. By providing a prototype on finishes along with costs, APM was able to resolve the scope for additional work.
