NEXUS 3 & NEXUS 8

This project involved the design and construction of the Nexus Business Park for Salta Properties. It comprises of two buildings: a 9 storey, 650 space car park and 1600m2 office (Nexus 3) and a 6 storey, 200 space car park and 8000m2 office building (Nexus 8). In addition, an extension to Nexus Court including all trunk infrastructure was constructed. Construction of the two discrete buildings was staged to maintain effective car parking on the wider site.
