PAKENHAM RACE CLUB

The project included construction of the 6000m2 Event Centre and 850m2 Administration buildings at the new state of the art Pakenham Racing Complex, located at Nar Nar Goon, Longwarry Road in Tynong on approximately 240 hectares. The new multipurpose function centre includes a public and members bar along with a full commercial kitchen. With the staged completion of the trainers’ allotments during construction, APM worked with the Pakenham Race Club to manage the final stages of the construction works within the occupied equine environment.
