This complex project involved the demolition and protection works on the existing building at 256 Glenferrie Road, Malvern for the construction of the new restaurant/art gallery & function space within the restricted site. The works included the demolition, retention of the existing façade structure excavation of a new basement and construction and fit-out of the new multi level facility with commercial kitchens, show kitchen and bars.

High end finishes and specialist services integration were required to deliver the impressive multifunctional facility for this luxurious facility. The main feature for the facility is the central commercial show kitchen within the dining area, which is serviced by a feature extraction and associated mechanical system, lighting control,  sound system and bar services, resulting in a cutting edge hospitality environment.
