As the largest Honda dealership in the Southern Hemisphere, APM was honoured to complete the refurbishment of the existing three-level commercial office building. Constructed over basement level parking, the spectacular building included the construction of an additional two levels to house a state-of-the-art vehicle service facility, accessed via internal vehicle lifts, a corporate office level and roof-top for used car sales. Environmental initiatives included natural ventilation through the service facility, automated external sun louvers and a 150,000-litre symphonic stormwater storage facility, providing filtered water to all servicing, car wash facilities and staff amenities.
