HOLMESGLEN BUILDING 12

The project involved the construction of a new building for the Glen Waverley campus of the Holmesglen Institute.  The 5 Star Green Star Design, developed by Peddle Thorp, was the 5th APM Group project for Holmesglen and demonstrates APM Group's ability to undertake projects incorporating highly sophisticated design, on budget and on schedule. The 2000m2 floor plate size facility includes a building maintenance system controlling lighting levels and a mechanical system that incorporates passive and active chilled beams.
