LUTHER COLLEGE MIDDLE SCHOOL

The new Middle School building for Luther College in Croydon is a prime example of the new era of educational design. Working closely with the design team and the client, APM delivered the new two-storey teaching facility, comprising 16 classrooms and flexible multifunctional areas. The modern design includes a solar enhanced glazed façade with a naturally ventilated, internal undercover common space. Notwithstanding the common delays experienced in construction, the project was delivered over a month ahead of schedule to enable a defect-free handover the college to commence classes in line with the new term.
