RMIT CHILDCARE

This was a fast track program to maintain the University Childcare service in line with the end of existing leases on existing facilities. The project involved the demolition of the existing two-storey building and underpinning of adjacent structures, to deliver a four storey childcare facility complete with play areas on external roof terraces and associated landscaping works.
