The project comprises the construction of 576 new student accommodation beds over 24 floors. The accommodation rooms are a mixture of single occupancy, twin share and multi-share/cluster accommodation over a building GFA of 14,000m2. The 660m2 site is located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and has required extensive planning and coordination with Council to successfully manage deliveries and materials handling. The project was completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
