RMIT VILLAGE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

Working in conjunction with DKO Architecture, Bonacci Group, NDY and McKenzie Group, APM was engaged under a design and construct contract to complete the design and deliver the works. The project comprises a new 12 storey tower with a two storey extension and low level refurbishment to an existing accommodation building. The works are being carried out with 400 students remaining in residence across 4 floors of accommodation between the refurbishment and additional floors.
